APPLICATION, AND PROMPTLY DELETE IT FROM YOUR PHONE. BY

USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES SET OUT IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.

2. Push Notifications: The Company may send you push notifications if you choose to receive them. These notifications may be for the purpose of receiving notice of potential partners, letting you know when someone has sent you a message, or for other Application/service-related matters. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off at the device level.
3. Protection from Abuse: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy or our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right, but have no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit, if in our sole opinion, we suspect or have reason to suspect, that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include, without limitation, elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Information may be disclosed to authorities that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate to handle such disclosure. Disclosure of Information: The Company may disclosure personal and/or sensitive information with the following: to your potential partners; current and future organizations and companies that are affiliated with DateSafe LLC; affiliated and unaffiliated service providers who help us perform and deliver our services; customer care agents; technology assistants; service fulfillment; form processing; website management and hosting; information technology and security; email and newsletter delivery; advertisement partners and corporate sponsors; auditing; collection agencies; and credit card processing; appropriate authorities if we believe disclosure is necessary and appropriate to prevent physical, financial, or other harm, injury, or loss, including to protect against fraud or credit risk; legal, governmental, or judicial authorities as instructed or required by those authorities and applicable laws, or in relation to a legal activity, such as in response to a subpoena or investigation of suspected illicit or illegal activities, or where we believe in good faith that users may be engaged in illicit or illegal activities, or where we are bound by contract or law to enable a network partner to comply with applicable laws; necessary third parties in connection with, or during negotiations for, an acquisition, merger, asset sale, or other similar business transfer, or functions where personal information is transferred or shared as part of the business assets; at your direction, such as when you choose to share information or publicly post content and; and persons of your choosing and at your discretion.
5. Information not Provided: If you do not provide the Company with personal information requested, this may limit the Application’s ability to match you with other users and/or provide a particular service you have requested.
6. Minors: Only individuals 18 or older may use our Application and services, as such you hereby acknowledge, agree, and warrant that you are over the age of 18 and that you will not provide any personal information, including sensitive personal information, concerning minors. If any information concerning a minor has been provided or collected, immediately contact the Company.
7. Third-Party Advertising: We may use third-party advertising agencies or other service providers to serve ads on our Application and/or services. These companies may employ cookies or pixels to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and pixels is anonymous. Some of these third-party advertising agencies may be members of the Digital Advertising Alliance, which offers you the option to opt out of ads targeting its member agencies by accessing the AppChoices website.
8. Other Sites: You may be able to access your account, provide information from your account, or access content to and from third party websites, such as social networking sites. The privacy policies and practices of such sites in connection with information you disclose on such sites may differ from the practices of this Company as set forth in this Privacy Policy. This Company is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices or the content of any other websites or Application that may provide access to or from, or be linked to or from, our Application and services, including that of any social networking sites.
9. Retention and Storage of Your Personal Information: The Company may retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you the best experience possible. Your personal information may be processed and stored outside of the jurisdiction or country in which you reside and, under the laws of these other jurisdictions, in certain circumstances foreign courts, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory agencies may be entitled to access your personal information.

You may contact the Company, in writing, at any time for additional information concerning the use and handling of your private information, correcting your information, opting out of some targeted advertisement, or any requests by you concerning your information.
11. Data: In order to tailor information for you, the Company collects data. The amount and kind of data the Company collects depends on how one interacts with the Application. There are a variety of ways the Company may collect data, including but not limited to, information provided by users, information others provide, and information the Company may collect through the use of cookies, pixels, tags, and the like. By registering for an account, and through the use of the Application, a user provides the Company with a variety of information such as ones name, address, email address, contact number, mailing address, date of birth, dating preferences, photo(s), video chat information, and profile ID’s, etc. This information may contain personal and/or sensitive information. By providing the Company this information, the Company may make this information available to potential partners and other users of the Application. Furthermore, any purchases through the Application, will require one to provide their name, address, and payment information, and associated account information. This information is stored by the Company. An entity may contact the Company concerning a request to eliminate any payment information from our systems, after a purchase, that entity may contact the Company as described below. While using the Application, one may provide the Company with personal information that is considered “sensitive”, including but not limited to, religious beliefs, ethnicity, and political views. This information may be used by the Company to tailor content and may also be shared with potential partners and other users of the Application. One may change or update their information by accessing their profile at any time. The Company may also receive personal information about users from fraud-detection agencies, credit-reference agencies, sources that are available to the public, government entities, family members, friends, other users of the

Application, and past romantic partners, and/or or past dates. This information is used by the Company to tailor content and may also be shared with potential partners and other users of the Application. The Company may use cookies, pixels, tags, and the like. These allow the Company to save user preferences and track user trends, to better serve the users and tailor content. The Company uses certain cookies, pixels, tags, and the like to make sure that the Application and Services are easy, secure, and safe to use, and to record data about our users for their benefit, their preferences, and to evaluate this information to best meet the needs of the users. To ensure the Application and services run smoothly and to ensure the best experience, users are consenting to the use of cookies, pixels, tags, and the like.

We may communicate with you through the Application, phone, email, and/or text. Text messages and phone calls may be discontinued by deleting your number form your account. Opting out of receiving telephone calls will not opt you out of receiving calls related to any outstanding balance. In addition to the uses outlined above, by accessing or using our Application and/or services, you agree to allow the Company to use all information collected to better optimize the Application and users experiences.

To enable you to sign up for and provide our services, to establish and manage user accounts, to provide customer support and respond to requests. To provide customer service providers, advertising networks, data analytics service providers, social networks, and marketing. Retention Period: Accounting and billing information may be kept indefinitely. Personal information may be kept for a period of at least two (2) years after inactivity of an account. For valid legal requests and to defend the Company’s interest, information may also be kept as long as required.

14. Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of any portion of our Application and/or Services following the posting of the updated Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
